Over the years, I’ve mapped, wire-framed, designed, project managed, launched and operated multiple B2C e-commerce sites for brands both large and small via the Shopify platform. Each site was designed to feel like it belonged to the existing brand ethos and create a seamless transition from the main brand site to the store and respond on all devices. Along with the sites, I’ve, at times, been the sole site manager, working on customer service, logistics, shipping, inventory, app integration, reporting as well as client-facing communication, retail line planning and promotion calendars.
Sites I’ve worked on: Sixpoint Brewery Store, Victory Brewing Co. Store, Southern Tier Brewing Co., Barefoot Wine Merch Store, Switchback Brewing Online Store, The Dogist Shop (currently taking a hiatus) as well as B2B sites for Artisanal Brewing Ventures, Nokian Tyres, E&J Gallo (On-Premise & Montenegro) among others, which were not part of the Shopify platform.
I like to use applications like Whimsical and Figma to begin the process of mapping out a site and its functionalities. Above is a quick example of a wireframe for Artisanal Brewing Ventures B2B site that I worked through the navigational journey through many brands and categories.
